If you have been involved in a serious accident, you deserve to be compensated for the injuries you suffered due to the fault of someone else. People who have failed to follow the appropriate standard of care, whether on the roadway, in a shopping mall, or in your own apartment complex, for example, may be legally obligated to pay for your losses such as: medical expenses, lost income, pain and suffering, as well as your emotional distress. Steve McConnell is a very experienced personal injury attorney and strives to provide each client with personal attention and professional representation.  Starting with a thorough investigation of the facts, we determine the fault of all parties and we find all potential sources of compensation, representing people throughout metropolitan Atlanta and all of Georgia.     Steve has represented people in a variety of personal injury cases including: Rear End Collision Car Accidents Head-On Collision Car Accidents T-Bone Collision Car Accidents Hit and Run Car Accidents Distracted Driving Car Accidents Uber/Lyft Car Accidents Drunk Driving Car Accidents Uninsured Car Accidents Underinsured Car Accidents Pedestrian / Bicycle / Car Accidents Multi-Car Accidents Bus and Car Accidents Guest Passenger Car Accidents Commercial Truck Accidents Premises Liability Accidents Slip & Fall Accidents Escalator / Elevator Accidents Dog Bite / Dangerous Animal Accidents Negligent Security
